Software Engineered With QualityBuilt In From the First Commit
Product engineering from a quality-first company, every build ships tested, documented, and validated by our own Quality Engineering practice.

“Most vendors either build your AI feature or test it. We do both, which means we catch the problems most vendors don't even know to look for.”
Built by a company whose day job is finding defects
Most Development agencies say they care about quality.
Most Development agencies say they care about quality. The difference here is structural rather than cultural: our developers work inside a company whose primary business is Testing, are reviewed against that standard, and have our own QA practice looking at their output. Tests arrive with the feature because arriving without them would be conspicuous.
The benefit is invisible in sprint one and decisive in month nine. A codebase built this way is one where a refactor is a normal task rather than a gamble, where a dependency upgrade is a Tuesday rather than a project, and where the pipeline tells you whether a change is safe instead of whether it compiled. The cost is a modest amount of time early. The cost of skipping it compounds quietly until somebody proposes a rewrite.
What we build
Web and SaaS products: React and Next.js frontends with Node.js, Java, Python or .NET services, REST and GraphQL APIs, and multi-tenant architecture designed with isolation Testing in mind rather than retrofitted.
AI features: RAG pipelines, tool-using agents and structured extraction against OpenAI, Claude or Gemini, shipped with a golden dataset and an evaluation harness from the first release.
Cloud-native platforms: AWS most often, with infrastructure as code, ephemeral environments and pipelines that gate rather than merely deploy.
Internal tooling: the reconciliation harnesses, data generators and reporting utilities that do not exist yet and are quietly blocking three teams.
MVPs where speed matters and rework would be fatal, deliberately small, deliberately tested, deliberately easy to change once the market answers back.
How quality is built in rather than bolted on
Four commitments, made at the start rather than negotiated later.
Four commitments, made at the start rather than negotiated later. Unit and integration coverage ships with each feature, not in a follow-up ticket. The pipeline gates on it from the first week, so coverage cannot quietly decay. API contracts are validated against schema so consumers can build with confidence. And accessibility is designed in at component level, because retrofitting WCAG conformance into a shipped product costs several times what building to it costs.
Where the product ships AI features, the evaluation layer is part of the definition of done. A feature whose output quality cannot be measured is not finished, however well it demos.
How engagements are shaped
Either a delivery team owning a defined scope end to end, or embedded developers inside your existing team, the second is common where you have product and architecture ownership in-house and need capacity with a quality standard attached.
Either a delivery team owning a defined scope end to end, or embedded developers inside your existing team, the second is common where you have product and architecture ownership in-house and need capacity with a quality standard attached. Both are billed monthly, both come with an NDA available before you share any details, and in both cases everything lives in your repository under your ownership from the first commit.
We are also willing to say when a build is not the right answer. If the constraint is that nobody can safely change the code you already have, QA consulting and a coverage programme will get you further than another greenfield project.
Deliverables
What you get
Artefacts you keep and can run without us. Everything lives in your repositories and your tooling.
Handover pack
6 artefacts · yours to keep
Product code in your repository, under your ownership, from the first commit
Unit and integration coverage shipped with each feature, gated in CI
API contracts validated against schema for every consumer you have
Accessibility designed in at component level rather than retrofitted
Evaluation harness and golden dataset where AI features are in scope
Infrastructure as code, ephemeral environments and a pipeline that gates
Self-check
Signs your team needs this
If more than one of these is true, it is usually cheaper to fix now than after the next release.
Velocity is acceptable and every refactor feels dangerous
A previous agency delivered code your team cannot safely change
You need to ship an AI feature and nobody can say how its quality would be measured
Features ship without tests and the debt is acknowledged but never repaid
Hiring a permanent team would take months the roadmap does not have
