A published day rate would be either misleading or useless.
A published day rate would be either misleading or useless. Testing engagements differ by an order of magnitude in scope, a fractional QA lead reviewing strategy two days a month and a four-person team building an Automation framework across a device matrix are not points on the same scale. Any number specific enough to be meaningful would be wrong for most readers, and any number broad enough to be defensible would tell you nothing.
What we can be transparent about is the shape of the commercials, and that is what this page does. Engagements are billed monthly. There is no recruitment or placement fee on embedded roles. There is no per-seat platform charge, because everything we build uses open-source tooling in your repositories. And there are no surprise line items, the scope agreed at the start is what appears on the invoice.

What legitimately changes the price: the number of Engineers, the seniority the work genuinely requires, and specialist surfaces that carry real cost, a real-device matrix, a streaming device lab, or load-generation infrastructure for high-concurrency performance work. Where third-party costs are involved, we itemise them rather than folding them into a rate.
We will also tell you when the cheaper option is the right one. If your team needs one specific skill rather than an ongoing engagement, training usually costs less than outsourcing the discipline. If the constraint turns out to be process rather than capacity, a short consulting engagement beats hiring anyone.
