Partnerships
Let's BuildSomething Together
We work with agencies, dev shops, staffing firms, and tech platforms who need a QA and AI Testing partner they can plug into client engagements, white-label or co-branded.
Partnership Types
Four Ways to Plug Us In
Referral Partners
Send us QA and AI-testing leads you can't service in-house, earn a referral fee on engagements that close.
Subcontracted Delivery Partners
We deliver QA, Automation, or AI Testing under your agency's client engagement, fully white-labeled.
Technology Alliance Partners
Tool vendors, test management, AI eval, CI/CD platforms, looking for an implementation and services partner.
Staffing Partners
Agencies needing overflow QA, Automation, or AI talent for their own placements, vetted by our Senior QA Engineers.
Why Partner With Us
- Dedicated AI Testing practice most partners can't offer in-house
- NDA-protected, white-label-ready delivery
- Flexible commercial terms, referral fee, revenue share, or subcontract rate, agreed per partner
Who we partner with, and why
Partnerships work when each side covers a gap the other genuinely has, and fail when they are a mutual referral pact with no substance behind it.
Partnerships work when each side covers a gap the other genuinely has, and fail when they are a mutual referral pact with no substance behind it. The partnerships we look for are the first kind: agencies and consultancies who deliver software and need a quality practice they can put in front of a client without underwriting it themselves, product companies whose customers keep asking for Testing capability they do not want to build, and independent consultants who reach further than they can deliver alone.
What we bring to those relationships is a Senior team, a defensible quality practice across sixteen disciplines plus AI evaluation, and a willingness to work invisibly under your brand or visibly alongside it, whichever the client relationship requires.
The two shapes that work
Technology partnerships, integrating with a product, building a Testing practice around a platform, are handled case by case rather than through a programme, because the useful ones are specific enough that a template would get in the way.

Referral partnership: you introduce a client with a quality problem, we scope and deliver it, and the commercial arrangement is agreed in writing before anyone is introduced. Simple, low-commitment, and appropriate when the client relationship should stay yours.
Delivery partnership: we operate as your quality practice on an engagement, either white-labelled or named, with defined ownership of scope, escalation and client communication. This suits agencies bidding for work that requires a Testing capability to be credible.
How we behave in a partnership
Three commitments, because these are the failure modes we have seen from the other side.
Three commitments, because these are the failure modes we have seen from the other side. We do not approach your client directly about work outside the agreed scope; if they ask us for something adjacent, the conversation comes back to you first. We tell you early when an engagement is going badly rather than protecting the relationship until it is unrecoverable, a partner who hears about a problem from their own client has been failed twice. And we will decline work that we are not genuinely good at rather than accepting it because it came through a partner, since a bad delivery under your brand costs you considerably more than a declined referral.
Everything is under an NDA available from the first conversation, including the existence of the partnership where that matters commercially.
What a first conversation covers
Where your delivery gap actually is, what your clients are asking for that you cannot currently answer, and whether our practice genuinely covers it.
Where your delivery gap actually is, what your clients are asking for that you cannot currently answer, and whether our practice genuinely covers it. If it does not, we will say so, a partnership built on a stretched claim collapses at the first real engagement, and the reputational cost lands on you.
It is also worth reading our services and case studies pages before that call. The standard we hold ourselves to publicly, no unapproved metrics, no implied clients, explicit about where our sector experience is transferable rather than direct, is the same standard we would apply in front of your clients.
