Findings, not a pitch

This is a real piece of work rather than a lead-capture form with a report template behind it.

This is a real piece of work rather than a lead-capture form with a report template behind it. A Senior Engineer reviews what you share, your current Testing setup, your suite if you have one, your pipeline, your release process, and writes back with what is working, what is costing you time or risk, and what we would change first if it were our product.

The reason we can afford to do this is that it is also the most efficient possible sales process. If your setup is sound, you will know, and we will not chase you. If it is not, you will have a written explanation of why from someone who diagnosed it rather than a proposal from someone who guessed. Either outcome is more useful to both sides than a discovery call.

What we look at

Coverage versus risk: whether what is tested reflects what would actually hurt if it broke. Most suites are deep where change is easy and thin where consequence is high.

Suite health: runtime, flake rate, and whether a red build triggers investigation or a re-run. Trust is measurable, and its absence is the most common finding we report.

Where the gate is: what must pass before a merge, a release candidate and a deploy, and whether those gates are respected under deadline pressure.

Environments and test data: whether staging resembles production, and whether the data carries the shapes that actually cause defects.

The obvious gaps: API and contract coverage, accessibility, performance baselines, and AI evaluation where a product ships model output.

What you need to share, and what you do not

Enough to be useful and no more: a description of your product and stack, your release cadence, where defects are currently escaping, and, if you are comfortable, read access to a repository or a recent CI run.

Enough to be useful and no more: a description of your product and stack, your release cadence, where defects are currently escaping, and, if you are comfortable, read access to a repository or a recent CI run. Screenshots of a failing pipeline are often enough to identify the real problem.

What you do not need to provide: production access, production data, credentials of any kind, or a commercial commitment. An NDA is available before you share any details, and we are happy to sign yours before you send anything. If your security process requires a questionnaire first, send it, it will be answered by an Engineer rather than a bid team.

Turnaround is typically a few business days depending on how much material there is. The output is written, so you can take it to an internal conversation without needing us in the room. Several teams have used it to justify hiring in-house rather than engaging us, which is a legitimate outcome and one we would rather produce than a mismatched engagement.
