Why Here

Learn the Craft, Not Just the Tools

Mentored by Practitioners

You work directly with Senior Engineers, under QA leadership with 16+ years in enterprise Testing, code review, test review, and career direction from people who still do the work.

AI Testing, For Real

Most QA jobs won't teach you LLM evaluation, RAG Testing, or agent validation. Here it's a practice you can join, not a slide in a deck, the skill set the market wants next.

Global Products, Real Stakes

Client work spans the US, UK, Australia, and India, SaaS, streaming, E-commerce, and AI products where your Testing decisions ship to real users.

FutureCraftX Inside

Our mentorship program isn't just for outsiders, Engineers here get structured learning paths, from Playwright fundamentals to building evaluation harnesses.

Open Tracks

Five Tracks We Hire For

Openings vary with client engagements, strong applications on any track are always worth sending.

QA Engineers

Manual and functional Testing: test design, exploratory sessions, API Testing with Postman, and regression ownership on real products.

Automation Engineers

Playwright and Selenium frameworks in TypeScript, Java, or Python, page objects, CI integration, and suites built to survive handover.

AI/LLM Testing Engineers

Prompt regression, RAG retrieval accuracy, agent validation, and hallucination detection on our QEAP stack. Python required, curiosity non-negotiable.

Full-Stack Developers

React, Node.js, Java, Python, and .NET, building SaaS products and AI features in a company where your code ships with tests.

DevOps Engineers

CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP, with quality gates designed into every pipeline you build.

How We Hire

The Same Bar We Set for Clients

We run Interview-as-a-Service for client companies, our own hiring uses the same practitioner-led, exercise-based process.

01

Apply

Email your resume/CV with the track you're applying for. A short note on something you've tested or built beats a long cover letter.

02

Practitioner Screen

A working Engineer reviews your application, the same screening discipline we sell to clients, applied to our own hiring.

03

Practical Exercise

A real, small exercise from the track you chose: a test design, an Automation task, or an eval case. No trivia, no whiteboard theater.

04

Offer & Onboarding

A conversation about level, growth path, and your first engagement, then structured onboarding with a named mentor.

Every application gets a reply, going silent on candidates isn't a hiring process, and we don't do it to candidates or clients.

What working here is actually like

You work on real products for real clients from your first month.

You work on real products for real clients from your first month. There is no bench, no shadow project, and no six-month period of writing test cases for something nobody ships. The engagements are genuine, streaming platforms, SaaS products, marketplaces, regulated systems, and the work you do lands in a client's repository and gates their releases.

The trade-off is that the standard is high and visible. Your defect reports are read by developers who will push back if they are vague. Your framework code is reviewed by Engineers who will ask why you structured it that way. Nobody is going to quietly absorb weak work, which is uncomfortable in month one and the reason people who stay get good quickly.

What we look for

Judgment over tool familiarity.

Judgment over tool familiarity. We can teach anyone Playwright in a fortnight; we cannot teach the instinct that says this feature is more dangerous than the specification suggests. In interviews we ask candidates to diagnose a flaky suite, design coverage under a time constraint, and review test code and justify the changes, practical work, because that is what predicts performance.

We also look for the ability to communicate a risk clearly to someone who is not a tester. A large part of this job is holding the quality position in a room where everyone wants to ship, and doing it without being either dismissed or resented. That is a skill, and it is rarer than technical competence.

How you grow here

Senior Engineers here are expected to mentor, because a practice where knowledge stays with individuals does not scale and is not much of a career for anyone else.

Senior Engineers here are expected to mentor, because a practice where knowledge stays with individuals does not scale and is not much of a career for anyone else.

Depth in a discipline: becoming the person who genuinely owns Automation architecture, performance, accessibility or OTT rather than knowing a little of each.

AI Quality Engineering: the fastest-growing area of the practice and the rarest skill in the market. Engineers here work on golden datasets, evaluation harnesses and agent validation on live products.

Client-facing leadership: running scoping calls, owning an engagement, and making the release-readiness recommendation yourself rather than feeding into somebody else's.

Breadth into Development or DevOps: the software and pipeline sides are open to Engineers who want to build as well as verify.

Applying

Send a CV and, more usefully, something you have built or a problem you have solved described in your own words, a suite you stabilised, a bug you found that everyone else missed, a framework decision you would make differently now.

Send a CV and, more usefully, something you have built or a problem you have solved described in your own words, a suite you stabilised, a bug you found that everyone else missed, a framework decision you would make differently now. That tells us more than any list of tools.

If there is no open role matching your track, apply anyway. Hiring is driven by engagement demand and the timing shifts, so a strong application arriving between openings is worth keeping. Everyone who applies gets a reply.
